Along the way she writes about her trials and tribulations. She's an educator at heart, loves: rubber stamps, avocados, dark chocolate, traveling, cooking, animals, her mom and YOU! She's a pet mom to a bullmastiff named Tison and caretaker of the love of her life, Brandon. In her spare time, she enjoys organizing her Pinterest boards full of ideas yet to be tried.

My Job Search Train Wreck

Hi everyone! So, I got a notification from Google+ telling me that it had been a while since I've posted...oops! I've been so busy these last few weeks that I almost forgot I'm trying to launch a new blog. 😬 I'm back on track now, and I'm hoping to set a regular posting date so that I can give y'all updates weekly.  Previously, we had discussed how I was walking dogs for Wag! as a temporary gig. Myself and the man who drives me bonkers! Welcome! I see you've stumbled upon the blog Dooley Noted, but please! Have a seat and stay awhile. My name is Dallas and I'll be your host today (and every day after because, hey, this is my blog). You may be wondering about the odd spelling, but I assure you there's a reason. You see, my first name is Dallas, but my last name is Dooley. Turn an Interview From Intimidating to In-the-Bag

What. A. Week! I know, it's only Tuesday, but still; I feel like I ran a triathlon on Monday. From sun-up I was answering emails, scheduling bill payments and driving around like a maniac (Denver traffic being partly to blame). Who in their right mind would be doing all of these things at once...on a Monday?!? First off, I assure you I have never been in my right mind, but second let me give a quick update about where I stand in life at the moment. Since we moved to Colorado, I haven't had a job. Okay, I guess that's not entirely true. I've been walking dogs for Wag! (which I will be writing a post about here soon). It's a pretty sweet gig. A dog owner puts out a request for a walk, I request it (sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't), I drive to that person's house, spend quality time with their dog for X-minutes and leave.
